Event Room Rental

INTEREST FORM

North Event Room

  • Capacity: Approx. 120 people
  • Cost: $200/hr OR $1,000/day (8 hrs)
  • Access to covered outdoor seating for 80 people
  • Rental includes tables and chairs for 120 people
  • Tablecloths available for an additional fee
  • Use of projector and/or audio and visual equipment available upon request

Ballroom

  • Capacity: 400 people seated at round tables
  • Cost: Starting at $4,500/Day
  • Our spacious 8,405 sq. ft. event room is perfect for large gatherings, comfortably accommodating up to 50 round tables and approximately 400 guests. Whether you're planning a wedding, banquet, or corporate event, this flexible space offers the ideal setting to make your event unforgettable.

medium ball Room

  • Capacity: Approx. 300 people
  • Cost: $2,000/Day
  • With 4,757 sq. ft. of space, our Party Room is a great choice for mid-sized events, comfortably seating up to 300 guests at round tables. Located right next to our Large Event Room, it can be rented on its own or in conjunction with the larger space—perfect for breakout sessions, buffet setups, or extra room for guests.

Y on U Splash Pad

  • Capacity: 50 people
  • Cost: Starting at $350 for 2 hours
  • Our Splash Pad rental space is a fun and family-friendly option, designed to accommodate a wide age range of children with interactive water features and plenty of room to play. This space includes shaded outdoor seating for guests, making it the perfect spot for birthday parties, summer celebrations, or group outings.

Party Room

  • Capacity: Approx. 50 people
  • Cost: $100/Hour OR $100 for 2 hours if adding on to another rental
  • Located right next to the Splash Pad with large windows offering a clear view of the fun, our Small Party Room is a perfect complement to any Splash Pad rental. It’s also a great add-on to the Large Event Room, providing extra space for a buffet, gift table, or additional seating. Convenient, versatile, and full of natural light—this room adds flexibility to any event setup. Includes refrigerator use.

board room

  • Capacity: 25 people
  • Cost: Starting at $300 for 2 hours
  • Our 800 sq. ft. Board Room offers a professional and comfortable setting for meetings, trainings, and presentations. With seating for up to 25, multiple TVs throughout the room, and the ability to display your computer screen, it's fully equipped to support productive gatherings.

small conference Room

  • Capacity: Approx. 14 people
  • Cost: $100 for 2 hours
  • Our Small Conference Room provides a spacious yet intimate setting, with seating for up to 14 guests. Perfect for meetings, team collaborations, or presentations, this room features a TV with screen-sharing capabilities to easily display your computer content.

INDOOR PLAYGROUND

  • Capacity: 50 people
  • Cost: Starting at $300 for 2 hours
  • Rain or shine, our Indoor Playground is the perfect place for a birthday party packed with fun! With colorful, kid-friendly equipment and a safe, climate-controlled environment, this space offers endless entertainment for little ones to climb, slide, and explore. Ideal for stress-free celebrations with plenty of room to play!

teen Room

  • Capacity: Approx. 50 people
  • Cost: $200/hr OR $1,000/day (8 hrs)
  • Our 3,892 sq. ft. Teen Room is the ultimate hangout spot, designed with fun and relaxation in mind. With televisions, an air hockey table, and a basketball pop-a-shot game, it's the perfect space for teen birthday parties, youth group events, or casual get-togethers.

Demonstration Kitchen

  • Capacity: 20 people
  • Cost: Starting at $50/hr
  • Kitchen contains eight (8) cooking stations
  • Each cooking station is equipped with a hot plate and one pan for frying
  • Use of extra utensils and cookware available for an additional cost
  • Front cooking table allows for live feed to be broadcast on televisions throughout

art room

  • Capacity: Approx. 30 people
  • Cost: $200 for 2 hours
  • Our 1,476 sq. ft. Art Room is a bright and creative space, seating up to 30 guests at round tables—perfect for art parties, craft workshops, or hands-on classes. With plenty of room to spread out and get creative, it’s an ideal setting for both kids and adults to explore their artistic side.
