Event Room Rental

Days and times vary for rentals at the YWCA on University. Tours are available upon request. Contact the YWCA at 806-771-0184 or send an email to heather.mcvay@ywcalubbock.org for more information or to reserve space.

Event Room Rental

  • Capacity: Approx. 120 people
  • Cost: $200/hr OR $1,000/day (8 hrs)
  • Access to covered outdoor seating for 80 people
  • Rental includes tables and chairs for 120 people
  • Tablecloths available for an additional fee
  • Use of projector and/or audio and visual equipment available upon request

Demonstration Kitchen

  • Capacity: 20 people
  • Cost: Starting at $50/hr
  • Kitchen contains eight (8) cooking stations
  • Each cooking station is equipped with a hot plate and one pan for frying
  • Use of extra utensils and cookware available for an additional cost
  • Front cooking table allows for live feed to be broadcast on televisions throughout
